Brunches
At the present time The Women's College Alumnae Association sponsors two brunches during each calendar year. These brunches are wonderful opportunities for alumnae to meet up again with friends and acquaintances from The Women's College, while enjoying a delicious meal together. The cost is $15 payable at the door and invitations are mailed out a few weeks prior to the event. The first brunch occurs in May and is called the Spring Reunion Brunch. A speaker is often invited from the faculty at The Women's College so that former students have the opportunity to hear from some of their favorite professors again. We also invite each alumna to give a brief update on what's been going on in her life since graduation.
The second brunch takes place in October and is called The Fall Induction Brunch. The speaker, once again, is often a faculty member, but from time to time someone from outside The Women's College community is invited to speak to the group. In addition, the new graduates are invited to the event where they are formally inducted into the Alumnae Associtation.
